On March 17, 2015, the New Mexico Oil & Gas Association filed comments with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that highlight the lasting economic harm that would result from proposed changes to ozone rules. The comments also outlined severe deficiencies in the analysis used by the EPA in proposing the new standard.
